Our processes and systems are maintained according to the guidelines of AS 9100, the highest international standard for quality control and service assurance. These protocols ensure the traceability of products and the monitoring of services dedicated to quality and to customer requirements. In addition, an AS9100 controller coordinates and monitors the activities of all departments.

Our strict adherence to and compliance with stringent quality standards has been recognized by many of our customers, especially defense, aerospace and commercial manufacturers.

Return Policy

No one likes returns, therefor please confirm that the alloy, sizes and quantities are correct. Also please check your order confirmation email to make sure of this again.

If we made an error on sizes shipped or wrong material sent we will take it back at our expense. If this is the case, please call us right away, so that we can apologize and discuss options for refund or replacement. We request that you also provide pictures clearly showing the measurements of the material to along with your order number. Return claims will be accepted up to 15 days from the day you received the delivery. Please make sure that the return claim is put in within this Return Window. Claims will not be accepted thereafter.

If we owe you a refund on the material it will be issued once the material arrives back to us. A refund will be issued, and once processed you should see it within 48 hours. If you made an error you will need to keep the material. We do allow for a 2 hour cancelation without any fee from the time you placed the order. However, we ask that any cancelation will be called in to expedite the process. return policy does not apply to any orders that were returned damaged or in an incorrect condition, that were shipped properly to you.

To make a return, please call us at (844)-537-1999 with your order number and we will provide you with an RMA (Return Material Authorization) and a return address to ship it to, so please include this form in the package when you ship it back.

General Conditions of Sale will execute orders to the specific demands of customers. Therefore canceling an order or violating any other terms of order by customer may cause total loss of material value and the customer will be obliged to compensate there upon. Shipping tolerance is +/- 10% of the quantity ordered. All product claims are subject to verification by an authorized Rep. and must be made within 15 days of delivery of materials. Materials proving defective to stated industry standards may be replaced. Materials noted as damaged at receipt will be given claim consideration. Claims for labor not allowed. All returned material is subject to restock fee. Interest at the rate of 18% per annum will be charged on delinquent accounts. Legal costs and collection charges incurred by Co. will be assumed by the client.
